It started at Memorial University, where I completed an Honours degree in Kinesiology — because I was genuinely fascinated by the human body and what it's capable of. That led to six years working as a Kinesiologist, first during chiropractic school in Toronto, then back home in Mount Pearl.
In 2008 I took over Active Health Chiropractic from the departing chiropractor — sink or swim, from day one. No slow build, no safety net. For the next 18 years I showed up for patients through every season of their lives. And then it started happening to me.
